Returns and refunds

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the Products are not delivered in perfect condition, please return them with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange for an exchange or refund, subject to availability. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. In addition to our 30-day returns policy, you may cancel the contract within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our Products except personalised Products.

3. If you return a Product to us:

a. Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges.

b. For any other reason we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible in the event that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges.

4. No refund or exchange will be offered on Products that you return to us incomplete, damaged or soiled.

5. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (if applicable) cannot be refunded.

6. Shipping:
a. To return your product, you should mail your product to 311 Regents Park Road, London N3 1DP, United Kingdom.

b. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

c. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

d. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
